Deborah will use her vast knowledge and beautiful personality to introduce you the importance in herbalism, basic botany, harvesting, herbal preparations and miscellaneous materials used to make your own herbal medicine.

✅ Monthly Handout focussing on seasonal herbs with a selection of ways to prepare them for different uses.
✅ Information to create your own remedies safely and effectively, so that you can build your home medicine chest of tinctures, oils, herbal teas, decoctions... and much more!
