Dealing with Gluts

In this session:

In this session Penny started our colourful journey with an exploration of seasonal abundance, focusing on how to creatively and efficiently deal with gluts.

She dove into the versatile world of courgettes, French beans, and runner beans, and also celebrated the gorgeous Mediterranean vegetables that are at their peak right now: aubergines, peppers, and tomatoes.    

Penny shared techniques and recipes to make the most of these bountiful ingredients.
